Business Development Manager-Interior Fitout Divison

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to generate new business opportunities and expand our client base in the UAE interior fit-out and turnkey contracting market.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and securing new projects across commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out market.
• Generate leads through site visits, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Meet consultants, designers, project managers, and contractors.
• Prepare and deliver company presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate with estimation and project teams for tenders and pricing.
• Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and weekly/monthly reports.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in interior fit-out / construction sales.
• Strong network of consultants, developers, and clients in UAE.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
