Job description

Summary:

The Cyber Fraud Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of alert and fraud detection systems within the banking industry. This role is crucial in ensuring the organization's operational risk data integrity and the successful integration of fraud management platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Alert and Fraud Management systems in collaboration with the Fraud and IT teams.
  • Support the IBM OpenPages platform for operational risk data and reporting.
  • Manage and maintain risk data, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with the operational risk team to understand current systems and processes.
  • Document system functionalities and prepare detailed requirement documents with stakeholders.
  • Understand workflows and security models within systems.
  • Assist in data migration from OpenPages to the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP).
  • Support enhancements in OpenPages and implement risk transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in the operational risk domain.
  • Professional qualifications in Finance/Risk.
  • Experience with Alert and Fraud Management in the banking sector.
  • Techno/functional expertise in operational and fraud risk data.
  • Proficiency in SAS, Python, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and troubleshooting capability.
  • Education from reputed institutions (like IIT).

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with data handling and automation.
  • Knowledge of New Product and Process Approval (NPPA) processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with task planning tools like Jira.
