TL 9000 QMS Consultant

Location: Dubai, UAE

• Work: On-site
• Contract: 21 September – 10 November 2026
• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Compensation: AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month
• Nature: Temporary / Short-term Contract
• Visa: Visa sponsorship will not be provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and upgrade TL 9000 common processes and templates
• Review departmental yearly performance presentations
• Review TL 9000 measurement data and DSR submissions through QuEST Forum
• Advise on corrective actions for target breaches
• Prepare trend analysis and performance dashboards
• Prepare audit plans and conduct internal audits as per certification scope
• Prepare the client for Management Review Meeting (MRM)
• Support external surveillance audit preparation and execution
• Assist with corrective action plans and closure of NCs

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with TL 9000 QMS
• Experience supporting TL 9000 surveillance audits
• Strong knowledge of QuEST Forum / DSR / TL 9000 Measurements
• Experience conducting internal audits and preparing MRM
• Strong documentation, reporting and corrective action skills
• Telecom / ICT industry experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with the client on-site
• Immediate/short-term availability for the stated contract period

Note: Only candidates with relevant TL 9000 practical experience will be considered.
