We are looking for a Quality & Support Engineer to join the Digital & Innovation team of an international insurance broker in Dubai.

The role combines QA automation, application support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement , ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our digital applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated tests using Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools .
• Perform manual and automated testing, including end-to-end testing.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines .
• Troubleshoot application issues, analyse logs, and manage incidents.
• Support application releases, deployments, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Work closely with developers, product teams, users, and vendors.
• Maintain technical documentation and support user training.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in QA, test automation, or application support.
• Must be an Emirati.
• Strong experience with Playwright/Selenium .
• Programming knowledge in JavaScript, Python, or Java .
• Experience with CI/CD, SQL, APIs, web technologies, and system integrations .
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
