Manage integrations between RIS, PACS, HIS and insurance/claims platforms (DICOM, HL7, API-based interfaces)

Support deployment, configuration and daily monitoring of AI imaging applications; coordinate with AI vendors on issues, upgrades and performance

Ensure connectivity and uptime of all imaging modalities (MRI, CT, X-ray, CBCT, Ultrasound, Mammography) with PACS

Support health authority integration and reporting requirements (SHA / MOHAP / Riayati)

Systems & Network Administration

Install and configure the operating system, mail server and related applications, including domain setup and mail client configuration

Maintain Active Directory and domain services

Safeguard patient data in line with UAE health data protection requirements

End-User & Vendor Support

Install and configure operating systems, desktop applications, network printers, scanners and multi-function devices

Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis and resolution of complex network problems for a variety of end-users; recommend and implement corrective hardware and software solutions, including off-site repair

Manage the PBX telephone system for internal and outgoing use

Evaluate and recommend networking hardware and software for purchase; manage vendors, AMCs and support contracts

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field

Hands-on experience with RIS/PACS in a healthcare or diagnostic imaging environment (strongly preferred)
