Hampton Heights International is seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Inclusion to lead and develop a fully inclusive learning environment that supports the diverse academic and developmental needs of all students. The role focuses on building a strong culture of inclusion, ensuring every learner receives the support needed to reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience in inclusive education within a school setting, along with a deep understanding of student support systems and intervention strategies. This position plays a key role in shaping inclusive practices across the school community in alignment with UAE education standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of inclusive education strategies across the school
  • Design and oversee Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs
  • Coordinate intervention programs and student support services
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure effective student progress
  • Ensure compliance with KHDA and UAE inclusion requirements and guidelines
  • Promote a positive, inclusive school culture that supports all learners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in inclusion or SEND leadership within a school environment
  • Strong knowledge of inclusive education practices and student support strategies
  • Experience in developing and implementing IEPs and intervention programs
  • Familiarity with KHDA and UAE education regulations (preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
