Security Guard

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and vigilant Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of the company’s employees, visitors, premises, assets, and facilities. The Security Guard will monitor access points, conduct regular patrols, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with company security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the company premises, including employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
• Verify identification and authorization before allowing entry or exit.
• Maintain accurate records of visitors, vehicles, deliveries, and incidents.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and report any security risks or unusual activities.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems, where applicable.
• Ensure company property, equipment, and assets are properly secured.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, accidents, and unauthorized access.
• Report any suspicious activity, safety concerns, or breaches of security to the concerned supervisor/management.
• Assist with emergency procedures, including fire alarms, evacuations, and other emergency situations.
• Monitor loading and unloading areas and ensure proper authorization for movement of goods.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach when dealing with employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Enforce company security policies and procedures at all times.
• Prepare daily security reports and incident reports as required.
• Coordinate with management and relevant authorities when necessary.
• Perform any other security-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Security Guard, Security Officer, or in a similar role.
• UAE security experience is preferred.
• SIRA certification/license is preferred or required where applicable.
• Good observation and communication skills.
• Ability to remain alert and handle emergency situations calmly.
• Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Professional appearance, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
