Site Engineer

We are seeking a qualified Site Engineer with proven experience in the execution of bridge and infrastructure construction projects in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with project teams, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and delivering works in accordance with project specifications and schedules. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities related to bridge and infrastructure works.

• Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, surveyors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor work progress and report site activities to the Project Manager.

• Verify site measurements and prepare progress reports.

• Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety regulations, and UAE construction requirements.

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to achieve project milestones.

• Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and relevant authorities.

• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.

• Review construction drawings and provide technical support to site teams.

• Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and documentation.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in site execution of bridge and infrastructure construction projects in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of bridge construction methodologies, road works, utilities, drainage, and infrastructure projects.

• Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives.

• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and project execution practices.

• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software.

• Valid UAE Driving License.

• Civil Engineering Degree.

• Proven UAE experience in Bridge and Infrastructure Construction Projects.
