Sales Administrator

We are hiring an experienced Arabic-speaking Sales Administrator for our Abu Dhabi branch. The candidate must have strong UAE real estate experience and excellent knowledge of property transaction procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process Form A, Form B, and Form F .
• Handle NOC applications, Trakheesi permits , and other regulatory documents.
• Coordinate with developers and maintain strong developer contacts.
• Manage developer registrations, agreements, portals, and required documentation.
• Prepare booking forms, MOUs, sales agreements, and transaction files.
• Follow up with agents, clients, developers, banks, and relevant authorities.
• Update property listings, client details, and deal progress in the CRM.
• Monitor pending documents, payments, commissions, and transaction deadlines.
• Ensure all files comply with company procedures and UAE real estate regulations.
• Provide daily administrative support to the sales team and management.

Requirements:

• UAE real estate sales administration experience is mandatory .
• Strong knowledge of Forms A, B and F, NOCs, Trakheesi, and developer procedures .
• Established knowledge of major UAE developers and their portals and contacts.
• Fluent in Arabic and English .
• Strong CRM, Microsoft Office, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Must be based in the UAE and willing to work in Abu Dhabi.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
