Fire alarm Technicians

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Fire Alarm Technician responsible for installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fire alarm and life-safety systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and commission fire alarm systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of fire alarm equipment.
• Troubleshoot faults in fire alarm control panels, detectors, modules, sounders, MCPs, and notification devices.
• Conduct testing of smoke detectors, heat detectors, manual call points, hooters/sirens, strobes, and other field devices.
• Read and interpret fire alarm drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Perform cable termination, loop testing, continuity testing, and fault identification.
• Configure and troubleshoot addressable and conventional fire alarm systems.
• Interface fire alarm systems with HVAC, access control, elevators, BMS, and other building systems where required.
• Maintain service reports, inspection records, testing documentation, and maintenance logs.
• Attend emergency breakdowns and resolve system faults within the required timeframe.
• Follow applicable fire safety standards, site safety procedures, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and clients during installation and commissioning activities.

Pay: AED1,900.00 - AED2,100.00 per month
