Software Programmer cum Integration Management Specialist

Job Summary

Responsible for software development, application maintenance, system integration, and integration management across the company’s technology environment. The role involves developing and maintaining software applications, integrating internal and third-party systems, managing APIs and data exchange, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with software vendors to ensure reliable and seamless system connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

Software Programming & Development

• Develop, test, maintain, and improve software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, secure, and maintainable code.
• Develop new system features based on business requirements.
• Identify and resolve software bugs and technical issues.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Maintain source code and technical documentation.

Integration Management

• Manage integration between internal systems and third-party applications.
• Develop and maintain APIs, web services, integrations, and other interfaces.
• Ensure smooth and accurate exchange of data between systems.
• Monitor system integrations and resolve synchronization or connectivity issues.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and synchronization.
• Coordinate integration requirements with external software providers and vendors.
• Manage integration changes, upgrades, and system compatibility.
• Ensure that integrations remain reliable, secure, and operational.

Systems & Database Management

• Work with databases
• Maintain data integrity across integrated platforms.
• Analyze system and data flows.
• Support system configuration and application updates.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential technical problems.

Technical Support

• Provide technical support to internal users.
• Investigate and resolve application and integration-related issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective solutions.
• Maintain records of technical issues, resolutions, and system changes.

Vendor & Project Coordination

• Liaise with software vendors and third-party developers.
• Review API documentation and technical specifications.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Participate in software implementation and integration projects.
• Coordinate testing and deployment of new integrations.

Required Skills

• Strong programming and software development knowledge.
• Integration Management (Experience with system and application integration)
• Understanding of API authentication
• Knowledge of data mapping and data transformation.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging abilities.
• Understanding of software architecture and data flow.
• Ability to read and understand API and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and vendor-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple integration projects and technical tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in software development and system integration.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, HR, accounting, aviation, booking, payment, or other business applications.
• Experience coordinating with third-party software vendors is an advantage.
