Job Description:

You will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the salon and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

· Supervising salon staff, including hair stylists, nail technicians, receptionists and support staff.

· Coordinating staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during operating hours.

· Training and mentoring new and existing staff to maintain high service standards.

· Monitoring the quality of services provided to clients and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

· Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and efficient manner.

· Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring products are well-stocked and organized.

· Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

· Upholding salon policies and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients and staff.

· Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, new techniques, and products to provide expert advice to clients.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry.

· Proven experience in staff management, training, and team coordination.

· Strong knowledge of various beauty services, products, and techniques.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in using salon management software and basic computer skills.
