WE ARE HIRING | JUNIOR AV ENGINEER
Power Interactive FZ LLC | Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a technically motivated Junior AV Engineer to join our Engineering & Technology team and develop practical experience in professional AV, LED, projection, audio, networking and interactive technology.
Position: Junior AV Engineer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment: Full-Time
Travel: UAE & International
Experience: Fresher / Entry Level
Salary: AED 4,500 per month – Fixed
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with AV system setup, configuration, testing and commissioning
- Support LED walls, displays, projectors and professional audio systems
- Assist with video processors, switchers, matrices, extenders and converters
- Work with HDMI, SDI, Ethernet and AV-over-IP systems
- Support media servers, playback systems and interactive displays
- Assist with AV networking and signal routing
- Support equipment testing, cable testing and troubleshooting
- Assist with rack assembly, wiring and equipment installation
- Support rehearsals, live events and project commissioning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, AV Technology or related field
- Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of AV signal flow
- Basic knowledge of HDMI, SDI, DisplayPort and Ethernet
- Interest in LED, projection, audio and interactive technology
- Willingness to learn hands-on installation and troubleshooting
- Willingness to travel and work at client/project sites
Knowledge of NovaStar, Dante, AV-over-IP, DMX, Art-Net, OSC, MIDI, projection mapping or show-control systems will be an advantage.
