We are currently looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager (Arabic Speaker) to join a leading international banking environment in Dubai .

This opportunity is suited to a banking or wealth management professional with 3–5 years of relevant experience , strong knowledge of capital markets and transactions, and experience supporting Relationship Managers with client servicing, onboarding, and day-to-day account activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Relationship/Wealth Managers with daily client servicing and relationship management activities
• Process and monitor client transactions, including securities transactions and payments
• Coordinate with front, middle, and back-office teams to ensure timely execution of client instructions
• Support client onboarding, account openings/closures, and KYC documentation
• Monitor client account balances, transactions, renewals, and pending items
• Assist with credit approval requests, loan drawdowns, and renewals
• Prepare and coordinate subscription, redemption, and loan documentation
• Handle client requests and inquiries, escalating to the Relationship Manager where appropriate
• Ensure all client activities are completed in line with the Bank’s compliance policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance
• Experience with an international bank operating within the DIFC is strongly required
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar banking, wealth management, or relationship support role
• Knowledge of capital markets and financial transactions
• Understanding of client onboarding, KYC, and compliance
• Strong command of English & Arabic Languages
• Client-facing experience is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure
