Job description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele-sales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective tele-sales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Job Responsibilities: -

• Call customers and explain products
• Answer questions and handle concerns
• Understand needs and close sales
• Share leads with field team
• Update customer data
• Process orders accurately
• Resolve complaints professionally
• Achieve sales targets
• Record calls and key details

Requirements and skills: -

• 0–1 year experience (tele-sales preferred)
• Proven ability to meet sales targets
• Basic knowledge of CRM & calling systems
• Quick learner with good product understanding
• Strong communication & people skills
• Calm, confident, handles rejection well
• Good negotiation & problem-solving skills
• High school diploma (degree is a plus)
• Language Known- English , Hindi , Telugu , Malayalam ,
