Costumer Service Representative

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Arabic-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English, have excellent communication skills, and be able to provide professional assistance to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Communicate with customers in Arabic and English through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
• Coordinate with other departments when required.
• Maintain accurate customer records and reports.

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and professional attitude.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
