Immigration Advisor (Female) – Dubai

We are seeking an experienced and confident Immigration Advisor to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate should have strong UAE immigration sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert qualified enquiries into clients.

The role also requires someone who is comfortable appearing in company social media promotions, short videos, webinars, and digital marketing content.

Candidates with a strong background in European cultures and languages are particularly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult prospective clients regarding immigration, residency and relocation options.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable programmes.
• Conduct consultations by phone, video call and face-to-face meetings.
• Follow up leads and convert qualified enquiries into clients.
• Explain programme requirements, timelines, documentation and fees clearly.
• Handle objections, negotiate and close sales professionally.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.
• Achieve agreed monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with case-processing and documentation teams.
• Participate in company social media and promotional activities when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in Immigration Sales Advisory – Required.
• Experience advising clients on immigration or relocation to multiple countries preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities.
• European-language skills are an advantage.
• Strong understanding of the UAE immigration consultancy market.
• Confident, presentable, and comfortable speaking on camera.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office.
• Results-driven with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
