Your Responsibilities:

  • As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for the recruitment within Euroimmun in the DACH region, managing hiring processes by working closely with our leadership team, our HR department, and Revvity’s European Talent Acquisition team.
  • You will independently manage multiple external and internal recruitment processes - from defining requirements to the final selection decision whilst always ensuring a reliable workflow.
  • Acting as a strategic partner, you will advise hiring managers, refine requirement profiles collaboratively and develop tailored search and selection strategies for specific target groups.
  • You will attract qualified candidates and build relevant networks through active sourcing, targeted job advertisements, and via other appropriate recruitment channels.
  • During the selection process, you will conduct interviews, coordinate with all relevant stakeholders and maintain data in Workday, all while ensuring a professional and respectful candidate experience.
  • In addition to recruitment, you will also implement operational employer branding and personnel marketing initiatives for the German labour market—covering areas such as career channels, social media activities, and recruitment campaigns.

Key Details

  • Approximately 60 percent of the role will involve recruitment for Euroimmun in Germany (including internal placements). Personnel marketing and operational employer branding each account for about 20 percent of the role.
  • You are responsible for managing the talent pipeline and matching talent to roles at all hierarchical levels. Your work encompasses internal and external employer branding, as well as positioning Euroimmun as an "Employer of Choice" in the German diagnostics market through operational employer branding activities.
  • You are part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and the People & Culture team for Euroimmun Headquarters, working within a streamlined, collaborative environment. At the same time, you are firmly integrated into Revvity’s European Talent Acquisition (TA) team, which oversees your professional development and functional alignment. The matrix structure connects you with leaders across various business units and global functions, German HR teams, and TA colleagues at both European and global levels.
  • Strategy and governance for external employer branding are defined by the Global Talent Attraction Manager; your role will involve translating these into effective operational measures tailored to the German labour market and its diverse target groups.
  • Your recruitment portfolio will span requisitions ranging from scientific and technical positions to commercial and cross-functional corporate roles. You will also be required to support recruitment activities across other European countries as needed.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in end-to-end recruiting within mid-sized companies or a large corporate environments. (ideally) experience within an international company or matrix organization
  • Well-versed in the German labour market and experienced in engaging diverse professional target groups across recruitment, employer branding and HR marketing.
  • Experience of active sourcing, professional interviewing, and working with digital recruitment channels.
  • Experience with Workday or a similar applicant tracking system is an advantage.
  • A confident, reliable advisor to key stakeholders who is able to constructively and confidently challenge when required.
  • A history of successfully managing multiple processes and stakeholders at once.
  • Excellent German and fluent English language skills
