Your new responsibilities:
As an HR Business Partner, you will be the central point of contact and trusted strategic partner for managers and employees within a defined organisational unit, shaping HR topics at both operational and strategic levels.
- You provide comprehensive advice to managers and employees on all HR-related and German labour law matters and support the entire employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding
- As a trusted strategic partner, you support managers in implementing and further developing their HR priorities and in establishing the matrix organisation, while contributing your expertise in an international environment
- You use HR data and feedback to identify relevant areas for action, support data-driven decision-making and implement global HR initiatives within your local area of responsibility
- You actively manage interfaces with the HR Centres of Excellence and other relevant functions, coordinate alignment and ensure consistent, clear communication
- You support transformation and change processes, from organisational development and individual personnel measures through to structural changes, working closely with the works council

What you bring:
- You have successfully completed a degree in economics or social sciences, business administration, business psychology or a comparable field
- You have several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment, ideally within a corporate group, as well as broad generalist HR experience
- You have sound knowledge of German labour law and experience advising managers and employees
- Your structured, strategic and empathetic approach is complemented by strong communication skills and the ability to bring together different interests and provide direction during change processes
- Your excellent written and spoken English enables you to communicate confidently with international stakeholders
