Storekeeper Clerk (Scaffolding, Construction, or Steel Manufacturing industry)

Job Description

We are looking for a Storekeeper Clerk to support day-to-day store operations, documentation, inventory records, and material movement. Candidates must have relevant experience in the Scaffolding, Construction, or Steel Manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, issuing, and proper storage of materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation.
• Record material movements, receipts, and issues in the system/registers.
• Prepare and maintain material issue records, delivery documents, and other store records.
• Assist with regular physical stock counting and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper identification, labeling, and organization of materials.
• Update inventory records using MS Excel and Microsoft 365.
• Coordinate with the Storekeeper, procurement, operations, and site teams regarding material requirements.
• Report shortages, damages, and stock discrepancies to the Storekeeper or concerned department.
• Ensure the store and records are maintained in an organized manner.
• Perform other store-related clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in any of the following industries:
• Scaffolding
• Construction
• Steel Manufacturing
• Industry-specific experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft 365 – Mandatory.
• English and Hindi language proficiency – Mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and material documentation.
• Good numerical, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced store environment.

Salary

Up to AED 2,500 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Candidates without relevant experience in Scaffolding, Construction, or Steel Manufacturing will not be considered.
