Store Assistant HVAC or Building Material Products

Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HVAC production store, including receiving, checking, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory of HVAC materials, spare parts, tools, and production supplies. Ensures materials are available to the production team on time and that store records are accurate and properly maintained.

• Receive and inspect HVAC materials, tools, spare parts, and production supplies.
• Check quantities and specifications against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Store and organize materials properly for easy identification and access.
• Issue HVAC materials and components to the production team as required.
• Maintain accurate stock records.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items to the Storekeeper or Supervisor.
• Conduct regular physical stock checks and inventory counts.
• Maintain proper labeling and segregation of HVAC materials.
• Ensure safe storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Prepare materials and components required for daily HVAC production.
• Record material issues, returns, transfers, and damaged items.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
• Handle HVAC items such as sheet metal, duct materials, copper pipes, fittings, and insulation.
• Manage electrical components, filters, motors, fasteners, tools, and consumables.
• Maintain store cleanliness, housekeeping, and workplace safety standards.
• Support the Storekeeper and Warehouse Supervisor with daily store operations.

Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, store, manufacturing, or HVAC environment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC materials and components is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
