🚨 WE’RE HIRING – IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support to users and resolve technical issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, software and peripherals .
• Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory .
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet and basic network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure and maintain IT hardware and software.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions and IT assets.
• Monitor systems and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.
• Maintain IT documentation and asset records.
• Coordinate with vendors and escalate complex technical issues when required.

🔹 Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field .
• 2–5 years of relevant IT support experience , preferably in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and networking .
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Candidates currently based in Abu Dhabi are preferred.
