🔐 About the Role

We are looking for a Security System Technical Officer (12-month contract) to manage the technical design, implementation, commissioning, maintenance and enhancement of physical security systems across multiple projects and sites.

What you'll be doing:

🔹 Lead/review designs for CCTV, Access Control, VMS, Intrusion Detection, Visitor Management, gates, fences & bollards

🔹 Manage multiple ELV / security systems projects from design through implementation and commissioning

🔹 Prepare technical specifications, SOWs, RFP requirements and engineering documentation

🔹 Supervise system integrators, consultants, contractors, suppliers and OEMs

🔹 Conduct site assessments and oversee on-site installation and implementation

🔹 Provide technical support, troubleshooting and system enhancement

🔹 Manage system maintenance, upgrades and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)

🔹 Ensure systems comply with relevant regulations, standards and organizational requirements

🎯 What we're looking for:

✅ Engineering degree in Electrical / Electronics / Communications / ELV / related field

✅ Strong experience in Physical Security Systems / ELV

✅ Hands-on expertise in CCTV, Access Control, VMS & Intrusion Detection

✅ Experience in project management, system integration and commissioning

✅ Strong vendor, consultant & OEM management experience

✅ Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

✅ Excellent troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ Experience within government, defence, critical infrastructure, airports, industrial or high-security environments is an advantage
