The Role:

To promote professional responsible for communicating the how and why regarding service expectations within our company. These professionals perform several duties, including answering phones, replying by emails, responding to customer questions, and assisting with customer issues.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

• Diploma, preferably in relevant stream (English, Marketing).
• 1- 2 years’ experience in in similar/ relevant business. Experience of office administration and working with the general public.
• Spoken English & Arabic.
• Competencies such as; Demonstrate a confident, empathetic approach to investigation, negotiation and counselling by telephone. Customer care and communication skills. Able to persuade people. Assertiveness. Honest. Loyal. Good numerate and analytical
