Support The Opening Of New Stores
- Plan and organize on-the-job training for the dedicated teams at the new stores.
Tools, Reporting, And Collaboration
- Generate regular reports on completed visits
- Manage the back-office functionality of the Rituals e-learning platform (support for training session registrations, regional monitoring of module and training completion)
- Monitor Mystery Shopper performance within the assigned scope
- Work closely with the Training department at our Central Head Office (Amsterdam) and the Retail and Wholesale departments in France.
