The program emphasizes experimentation, building, and creating meaningful solutions rather than memorization, and is designed by leaders from McKinsey, Google, and Stanford to mirror the culture of top startups like SpaceX and DeepMind. Since 2016, TKS has supported more than 4,000 students across 60+ countries through in-person and global virtual programs, cultivating a diverse community centered on leadership, growth, and innovation. Role Description
The Associate Director role at TKS is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, UAE. This role is responsible for supporting the Dubai Program Director in delivering the 10-month TKS program to ~160 students. Our directors have a passion for unlocking potential, want to help make a difference in the world, and have unique backgrounds/experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Program Facilitation: Collaborate with the Program Director to facilitate the program and deliver engaging weekly sessions to students.
- Experiential Opportunities: Design and execute unique, hands-on learning experiences such as attending conferences, hosting guest speakers, and organizing tours of companies or labs, as feasible.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for parents, mentors, and partners, ensuring timely and clear communication to align on program goals and student success.
- Student Mentorship: Provide personalized mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to accelerate student growth in both project work and personal development.
- Logistical Support: Assist the Program Director in managing logistics for unique student experiences, such as conferences, events, guest speaker sessions, and industry or lab tours.
- Student Recruitment: Actively recruit driven and high-potential students by building relationships with schools, leveraging community networks, hosting information sessions, and developing strategic partnerships, alongside reviewing applications and conducting interviews to select the best candidates for the program.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-5 years of professional work experience, preferably in education, technology, or program management.
- Program Expertise: Experience in implementing and leading engaging programs or initiatives.

Additional Details & Requirements:
- Work visa for United Arab Emirates required
- Available to start immediately
- Salary range for this position is 20,000-22,000 AED per month
