Artistic Gymnastics Coach
Location: Dubai, UAE
Position Type: Full-time
Summary
We are looking for an experienced and creative Artistic Gymnastics Coach to lead both recreational and competitive squads. The candidate must have the ability to develop full training programs, choreograph routines, and prepare athletes for local and international competitions. A strong background in rhythmic gymnastics with choreographic and musical creativity is essential.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead training programs for recreational and competitive gymnasts.
- Coach athletes in apparatus handling (hoop, ball, ribbon, clubs, rope).
- Create original routines and choreographies that align with FIG standards.
- Select and edit music to enhance routines.
- Support athletes during competitions, providing technical and emotional guidance.
- Regularly assess gymnasts’ progress and adjust training plans.
- Foster a motivating and supportive training environment.
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and management on athlete development.
- Keep updated with FIG rules and judging criteria.
Requirements
- Strong background in FIG & USAG gymnastics as a coach and former athlete.
- Competitive experience with achievements at the national or international level.
- Certified gymnastics coaching credentials.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for developing both recreational and competitive squads.

- Creativity in choreography and artistic presentation.
- Leadership and ability to motivate athletes.
- Flexibility to coach at multiple levels (recreational & competitive).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
