WE’RE HIRING: Speech Therapist / Speech & Language Pathologist
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Are you passionate about helping children find their voice, build confidence, and reach their full potential?
We’re looking for a passionate Speech Therapist / Speech & Language Pathologist to join our growing team in Dubai.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans
- Provide evidence-based speech and language interventions
- Monitor and document progress and update therapy goals
- Collaborate with ABA Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Teachers, and other professionals
- Support parents and caregivers with practical strategies for communication development at home
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to individualized care planning
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow professional and safeguarding standards
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech and Language Therapy, Speech Pathology, or a related field
- Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility
- Experience working with children in a clinical, therapy, special education, or developmental setting
- Experience working with children with ASD, developmental delays, or communication difficulties is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based speech and language intervention
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
- A compassionate, patient, and child-centered approach
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Candidates on their own visa are preferred
