Reservations Supervisor

Are you a commercially minded reservations professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are looking for an experienced and motivated Reservations Supervisor to join our opening team at Radisson Hotel Fujairah.

In this role, you will supervise the day-to-day reservations function, support the team in converting enquiries into bookings, and ensure every reservation is handled accurately and efficiently while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the Reservations function and support the team in delivering efficient and professional service.

• Handle and oversee individual and group reservations, ensuring accuracy of rates, packages and guest information.

• Maximize booking conversion and identify opportunities to upsell rooms, packages and hotel services.

• Monitor room availability, rates and booking conditions across reservation channels.

• Ensure reservations are processed accurately and in accordance with hotel procedures and standards.

• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Sales, Revenue and other departments to ensure smooth communication and guest experiences.

• Train, guide and support Reservations team members and ensure consistent service standards.

• Assist with reports, booking audits and other departmental requirements as needed.

• Previous experience in hotel Reservations, preferably in a supervisory or senior reservations role.

• Strong knowledge of hotel reservations procedures, room types, rates and distribution channels.

• Good commercial awareness with a focus on conversion and revenue optimization.

• Experience with hotel PMS and reservations systems; knowledge of Opera is an advantage.

• Confident communication and guest service skills.

• Fluent in English; ability to converse in Arabic language is an advantage.

• UAE hotel and pre-opening experience are advantages.
