Guest Relations Executive (F&B Host/Hostess)

As a Guest Relations Executive (F&B Host/Hostess), you will play a pivotal role in shaping each guest's dining journey from the moment they arrive. More than managing reservations and seating arrangements, you will be the face of the restaurant—creating genuine connections, anticipating guest needs, and delivering thoughtful, personalised experiences that define luxury hospitality.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people, thrive in a vibrant dining environment, and are passionate about creating memorable moments through exceptional service.

What you will do:

Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality

Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and table flow to ensure a seamless dining experience

Build meaningful relationships with guests, recognising preferences and creating personalised experiences

Handle guest enquiries, reservations, and requests via phone, email, and in person

Collaborate closely with service and culinary teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Anticipate guest needs and proactively address opportunities to enhance their dining experience

Support VIP guest recognition and special occasion celebrations

Ensure every interaction reflects the service excellence and attention to details

What you bring:

At least 1 year of F&B experience, preferably in a luxury brand

Engaging and guest-centric service expertise

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Confidence in building relationships with guests and colleagues alike

Attention to detail, poise, and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences

This position requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and holidays.
