Pest Control Cum Cleaning Supervisor (DM Card Required)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and licensed Pest Control Cum Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily soft services, cleaning operations, and pest control treatments. The ideal candidate must hold a valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Pest Control Supervisor Card and possess a strong background in team management, client communication, and health and safety compliance across commercial and residential sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and supervise daily cleaning and pest management services across client sites.
• Ensure all pest control procedures, chemical handling, and safety measures strictly comply with Dubai Municipality (DM) guidelines.
• Conduct site inspections, assess pest infestations, and recommend efficient treatment plans.
• Monitor cleaning staff and pest control technicians, ensuring high service standards and task execution.
• Maintain inventory of chemicals, cleaning supplies, and specialized equipment; enforce proper safety protocols.
• Handle client inquiries, site audits, customer complaints, and prepare daily operational reports.
• Train junior staff on safe chemical usage, pest control equipment operation, and deep-cleaning techniques.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• DM Certification: Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) Pest Control Supervisor Card (Mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on supervisory experience in both pest control and cleaning services within the UAE.
• Driver's License: Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or degree/diploma in Agriculture, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related fields.
• Skills: Strong team leadership, client management, site inspection, and technical knowledge of pest management chemicals.
• Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written); fluency in Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is a plus.
