Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with commercial and domestic coffee machines, including coffee vending machines, automatic coffee machines, coffee grinders, espresso machines, small appliances, and kitchen equipment.

Ability to work effectively under extreme pressure.

Capable of functioning both as a team player and independently.

Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.

Goal-oriented and committed to the success of the business.

Ethical work standards.

Clear communication skills and a passion for providing professional service.

Provide clients with thorough training on the operation and maintenance procedures for the machinery.

Customer service-oriented.

Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration services

Respond to breakdown call outs

Perform duties efficiently to prevent repeat repairs and complete tasks in the shortest time possible, thereby enhancing the overall performance of the outlet and minimizing re-work.

Conduct demonstrations on servicing techniques for all brands of coffee machines.

Be responsible for preparing endorsements and reports of tasks performed, as well as addressing client queries to the Sales department.

Ensure that monthly productivity targets are met to reduce the number of pending customer calls.

Maintain a professional and courteous manner when interacting with all clients.

Skills: The technician should be able to troubleshoot and diagnose faults quickly, perform descaling, maintenance services and installation, and have knowledge of mechanical, electronic, and electrical work.

A solid understanding of mechanical, electronic, and electrical systems is required for both workshop and on-site customer service. -
