Job Description: Site Supervisor – Building Maintenance

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily building maintenance operations, ensuring the facility remains safe, functional, and well-maintained. The role involves supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians, cleaners, and contractors
• Conduct routine inspections of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety)
• Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance work
• Manage vendor/contractor relationships and service agreements
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building codes/regulations
• Handle tenant/occupant complaints and maintenance requests promptly
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts
• Prepare maintenance reports, logs, and budgets
• Respond to emergencies (leaks, power outages, equipment failures)
• Train and evaluate maintenance staff performance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational certification preferred
• 3+ years of experience in building maintenance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Familiarity with health & safety regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including emergencies
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, maintenance management software)
• UAE Driver License

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
