Sales Intern

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on sales internship at an early-stage B2B SaaS company building software for the commercial and industrial battery storage market. You will work directly with the founding team to drive outbound revenue growth across the DACH region and broader Europe, targeting installers, battery manufacturers, and wholesalers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own and build the outbound pipeline from scratch, including cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach.

• Open direct lines to C-level decision-makers at target accounts across DACH and Europe.

• Work closely with founders to test and refine pitch angles and messaging.

• Use modern AI sales tooling and CRM automation to manage and scale outreach.

• Contribute to developing and iterating on sales processes rather than following static playbooks.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Native or bilingual German and fluent English, both are required.

• A proven track record in B2B SaaS outbound sales, or a strong, demonstrated drive to master it from the ground up.

• High energy, a competitive mindset, and genuine enjoyment of reaching and engaging decision-makers.

• Ability to work independently, take full ownership, and solve problems quickly with minimal direction.

• Comfort with ambiguity and the fast pace of an early-stage startup environment.

• Familiarity with modern outbound sales tooling, or exposure to CleanTech, battery energy storage, or energy markets is a bonus but not required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual salary of EUR 24,000 to EUR 26,000, plus an uncapped performance bonus. No visa sponsorship is available for this role.

LOCATION

On-site in Berlin, Hamburg, or Kiel, Germany. This is a fully on-site position.
