Job description

The Role:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for to work with clients’ to identify customer business problems, elicit user requirements and find the most effective solution. You will work closely within a project team throughout the development life cycle to ensure the resultant solution meets business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Understand business needs and translate them into requirements specifications or user stories
  • Conduct user requirement scoping, and analysis, involving functional, integration, and non-functional requirements
  • Work closely with technical solution teams to assess feasibility, propose solution options and recommendation to address business and operational needs
  • Deliver functional design including workflow analysis, prototypes, business logic flowchart and interface mapping
  • Provide requirement and functional design clarifications to delivery team members throughout the delivery process
  • Plan and conduct internal UAT based on business workflow and user scenarios
  • Plan and conduct training to end users, and internal support teams as required
  • Support post-production deployment verification for any product feature release

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Consulting or IT system implementation experience
  • Proficient in Requirements Gathering, Configuration & Development, SIT, UAT, Training, Go-Live Support and Application support to users
  • Excellent analytical skills, able to understand and articulate business problem statement and use cases concisely
  • Self-motivated and able to take direction and work resourcefully and independently
  • Have good communication and writing skills
  • Be able and willing to understand new technologies quickly
