About the Role

ONE Championship is seeking a passionate and analytical problem-solver to join our Analytics and Insights team. The role will focus primarily on consumer research, fan insights, event experience measurement, and commercial analysis, while also supporting selected digital and subscription-related reporting where relevant.

Experience in social media, digital analytics, or subscription services would be an advantage, as the role will support analysis of online fan conversations, content performance, subscriber behavior, and audience trends.

Key Responsibilities

Consumer, Fan and Event Insights

• Support end-to-end consumer and event research projects, including defining research objectives, selecting appropriate methodologies, designing questionnaires, coordinating data collection, analyzing findings, and preparing reports
• Identify audience behaviors, needs, preferences, perceptions, and event experience drivers across ONE Championship’s key markets.
• Combine findings from surveys, interviews, fan communities, social listening, in-stadium studies, online studies, and other relevant sources to develop a holistic understanding of ONE Championship’s fans and event audiences.
• Translate research findings into practical recommendations to improve content, marketing, events, fan engagement, and broader business strategy.

Commercial and Partnership Insights

• Support brand impact and partnership effectiveness studies, including questionnaire development, analysis, reporting, and insights that demonstrate partnership performance and commercial value.
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses to support partner discussions, sponsorship pitches, campaign evaluations, and renewals.
• Collaborate with Commercial and other internal teams to define appropriate measurement frameworks and success metrics.

Social, Digital and Subscription Insights

• Support the analysis and measurement of ONE Championship’s social media and digital performance across multiple platforms.
• Support analysis of ONE Championship’s subscription services, including subscriber acquisition, retention, renewal, churn, and revenue trends where data is available.
• Support regular and ad-hoc reporting across social and digital platforms for relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field (e.g., Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business)
• Strong analytical ability, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to interpret data and translate findings into practical business recommendations; familiarity with a scripting language such as Python or R is preferred.
• Experience with SQL, data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, or automation workflows is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal proficiency in English and either Thai or Japanese is required.
• Relevant experience in consumer insights, market research, commercial research, or a related analytical role.
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
• Interest in sports, martial arts, media, entertainment, or digital content is preferred.
