Purpose and Scope
Drive profitable B2B growth for the Singapore mint by developing corporate accounts, expanding market share for gas and related services, and delivering customer solutions that support safe, reliable, and commercially sustainable operations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory and account growth plan for corporate customers in Singapore, aligned to revenue, margin, retention, and cross-sell targets for gas and related services.

Identify, qualify, and convert new B2B opportunities across industrial, logistics, technology, manufacturing, and related sectors through prospecting, referrals, events, and channel development.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery through proposal development, commercial negotiation, contract closure, and post-sale handover.

Build trusted relationships with procurement, operations, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand customer requirements and position fit-for-purpose solutions.

Prepare accurate quotations, tenders, pricing proposals, and contract documentation in line with internal approval processes, commercial policies, and customer requirements.

Coordinate with operations, supply chain, customer service, technical, safety, and finance teams to ensure timely onboarding, service delivery, issue resolution, and account continuity.

Monitor market activity, competitor offerings, customer demand patterns, and sector trends to refine sales strategy and support product, pricing, and service improvements.

Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and sales reporting to provide clear visibility of opportunities, risks, and performance against plan.

Support contract renewals, account reviews, and upsell initiatives by tracking service performance, customer satisfaction, and commercial outcomes.

Ensure all sales activities comply with applicable company policies, contractual obligations, and relevant health, safety, and operational requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or degree in business, sales, marketing, engineering, logistics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience in B2B commercial roles.

3-5 years of experience in corporate sales, key account management, business development, or solution selling, preferably in industrial gases, energy, logistics, technical services, or adjacent B2B sectors.

Demonstrated ability to manage consultative sales cycles, develop account plans, and achieve revenue or margin targets in a competitive market.

Strong commercial acumen with experience in quotation preparation, pricing discussions, tender responses, and contract negotiations.

Effective stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to engage customer decision-makers and internal cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in CRM systems and standard business productivity tools for pipeline tracking, reporting, and sales planning.

Ability to analyze customer needs, market signals, and sales data to prioritize opportunities and improve conversion outcomes.

Organized, self-directed, and resilient, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines in a field-based commercial environment.

Willingness to travel locally within Singapore for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities as required.

Familiarity with skills relevant to the role such as account management, customer relationship management, sales forecasting, proposal development, negotiation, and compliance with operational requirements; alignment with SSG, O*NET, and ESCO-aligned sales competencies is an advantage.
