Calling all Dubai Mechanics! We Are Hiring Mechanical Fitter!

Are you an experienced Mechanical Fitter with strong skills in mechanical assembly, fitting, inspection, and repair? We are seeking skilled professionals to join our clients' workforce and contribute to the maintenance, repair, and assembly of mechanical equipment across workshop and industrial environments.

In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, rebuilding, assembling, and testing mechanical components while ensuring all work meets specified measurements, tolerances, quality standards, and safety requirements. The ideal candidate has extensive hands on fitting experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience as a Mechanical Fitter.
• Experience stripping, inspecting, repairing, rebuilding, and assessing mechanical components.
• Experience carrying out mechanical assembly, fitting, machining, testing, and modification work.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and job instructions.
• Proficient in the safe and effective use of hand tools, power tools, lifting equipment, and workshop machinery.
• Ability to work accurately within specified measurements, tolerances, and quality standards.
• Experience maintaining accurate service records, measurements, inspection notes, and job documentation.
• Experience with hydraulic or rotating equipment is highly advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Commitment to WHS requirements, safe work practices, and maintaining a clean and organised workshop.

Must-Have Requirements

• With a valid passport.
• Must either be exempt from the English language test or have passed an English test (IELTS or PTE Academic).
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to drive a four wheeled vehicle.
