About the Internship

We are looking for a motivated and career-driven HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship is ideal for someone who wants to gain practical, hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and HR operations, particularly within a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing and identifying potential candidates
• Search for candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Contact candidates and conduct initial screening calls
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate records
• Assist with job postings and recruitment campaigns
• Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities
• Learn and assist with the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding

What We’re Looking For

• Students, fresh graduates, or individuals looking to start a career in Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone
• Proactive, organized, and willing to learn
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Previous HR or recruitment experience is an advantage but not required
• Must be willing and able to report on-site in Dubai South
• Must be available to work 6 days a week
