Job Description:
We are looking for a confident, professional, and sales-driven Optical Sales Associate to join our optical retail stores in Dubai.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in an optical retail store. This role requires strong customer service, good product presentation, attention to detail, and the ability to sell optical frames, sunglasses, and ophthalmic lenses professionally.

This is not a general retail sales position. We are looking for someone who understands the optical retail environment and can communicate with customers about frames, lenses, brands, prescriptions, promotions, and product options in a professional and trustworthy manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner
• Help customers choose suitable optical frames, sunglasses, and lenses
• Explain lens options, frame materials, brands, coatings, and promotions clearly
• Coordinate with optometrists and support the optical team
• Understand customer prescriptions and guide customers to the appropriate product options
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Increase basket value through up selling and cross selling
• Maintain store display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
• Handle POS, billing, customer records, and daily sales activities accurately
• Follow company policies, attendance rules, and store procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an optical retail store is mandatory
• Experience selling optical frames, sunglasses, and ophthalmic lenses is required
• Good knowledge of basic optical products and lens options
• Strong communication skills in English
• Arabic is an advantage
• Presentable, polite, energetic, and customer-focused
• Strong selling skills and ability to handle customer objections
• Detail-oriented and able to work accurately with customer orders and prescriptions
• Comfortable working with sales targets and commission
• Able to work in Dubai malls, including weekends and public holidays

Salary :
The Salary based on sales performance and experience.
