Job Description:
We are hiring a confident and energetic Female Retail Sales Associate for our fashion accessories stores in Dubai.

Our products include fashion jewelry, bags, sunglasses, and lifestyle accessories. This role is suitable for someone with retail sales experience who is interested in fashion, customer service, and performance-based commission.

We are looking for a candidate who is friendly, presentable, active on the sales floor, and willing to learn our products and sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
• Present products and recommend suitable items
• Sell fashion accessories including jewelry, bags, and sunglasses
• Support the store team in achieving monthly sales targets
• Suggest additional products to increase customer basket value
• Keep the store clean, organized, and well displayed
• Handle POS, billing, and daily store tasks accurately
• Follow company rules, attendance requirements, and store procedures

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Previous retail sales experience is required
• Experience in fashion, accessories, cosmetics, watches, handbags, sunglasses, or lifestyle products is an advantage
• Good English communication skills
• Arabic is an advantage
• Presentable, polite, energetic, and customer-friendly
• Willing to learn and improve sales skills
• Comfortable working with targets and commission
• Able to work in Dubai malls, including weekends and public holidays

Salary Package:
AED 2,500 – AED 3,500

based on sales performance.
