Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced, sales-driven, and energetic Female Fashion Sales Associate to join our fashion accessories stores in Dubai malls.

Our stores specialize in fashion jewelry, bags, sunglasses, and lifestyle accessories. This position is suitable for a strong retail salesperson who enjoys selling, approaching customers, achieving targets, and increasing income through commission.

This is not only a cashier or customer service position. We are looking for someone who can actively engage with customers, understand their needs, close sales, and increase basket value through up selling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and approach customers professionally
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Sell fashion jewelry, bags, sunglasses, and accessories
• Achieve personal and store sales targets
• Increase basket value through up selling and cross-selling
• Handle customer objections in a professional way
• Maintain product display, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
• Handle POS, billing, and daily sales activities accurately
• Support the team and follow company policies and store procedures
• Build strong relationships with customers

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience preferred
• Experience in fashion accessories, jewelry, bags, sunglasses, cosmetics, watches, fashion retail, or lifestyle retail is preferred
• Strong selling skills and confidence in approaching customers
• Good communication skills in English
• Arabic is an advantage
• Presentable, energetic, positive, and customer-focused
• Target-driven and motivated by commission
• Able to work in Dubai malls, including weekends and public holidays

Salary Package:
Basic salary + commission+ Incentive
Total income can increase based on sales performance.
