Chief Financial Officer - Investment Banker

Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (Project Finance & Banking Relations) to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's financial strategy, planning, and budgeting processes
• Manage project financing activities for residential and mixed-use developments
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders
• Structure and negotiate project finance facilities, corporate loans, and other financing arrangements
• Oversee cash flow management, liquidity planning, and capital allocation across projects
• Ensure timely financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor project financial performance, profitability, and risk management
• Support executive leadership with strategic financial analysis and decision-making
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team
• Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and external consultants

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is preferred
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with a strong background in real estate development or construction
• Proven experience in project finance, banking relations, and fundraising
• Strong network within UAE banking and financial institutions is highly desirable
• Solid understanding of real estate development financial models and investment structures
• Experience managing large-scale development projects and multiple financing facilities
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Fluent English communication skills
• Native Arabic or Hindi.
