About the job:
Are you a confident, ambitious sales professional looking to build your career in Dubai’s fast-growing mortgage and financial services industry?
We’re expanding our team and looking for Mortgage Advisors with 6 months–1 year of proven sales experience who are driven, commercially minded, and passionate about working with clients.
As a Mortgage Advisor, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their financial requirements, recommend suitable mortgage solutions, manage the application journey, and build strong long-term relationships.
What we are looking for:
- 6 months–1 year of sales experience in mortgages, banking, financial services, real estate, luxury sales, or a related field
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in dealing with clients and understanding their financial requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately
- Commercially driven with a target-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Dubai
- Proficiency with digital tools and online platforms
- A genuine interest in developing a career within the mortgage and financial services industry
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
