Job description

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Production Operator to support the manufacturing of high-performance composite components used in aerospace and other advanced technology industries. You will be responsible for executing production activities according to established work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures. The ideal candidate has experience working with composite materials or similar precision manufacturing processes where quality, accuracy, and attention to detail are critical.

Key responsibilities :

  • Manufacture and assemble composite components according to work instructions and
  • technical documentation.
  • Perform lay-up, cutting, trimming, bonding, curing, and finishing activities.
  • Handle composite materials, tools, molds, and production equipment safely and correctly.
  • Carry out visual inspections and quality checks throughout the production process.
  • Record production data and complete relevant documentation.
  • Identify and report deviations, quality issues, or equipment malfunctions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace.
  • Collaborate with engineers, quality inspectors, and fellow operators to ensure production
  • targets are achieved.

Your profile :

  • Experience as a Production Operator, Manufacturing Operator, Assembly Technician, or
  • similar role.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, production, aerospace, automotive, marine, or hightech environment.
  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Comfortable working with hand tools, equipment, and production machinery.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred

• Experience with composite materials such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, prepreg, thermoplastic

composites, or similar materials.

• Experience with aerospace, automotive, marine, or advanced manufacturing processes.

• Experience with assembly, laminating, bonding, trimming, CNC-supported production, or

cleanroom manufacturing.

• Knowledge of quality systems, traceability, and production documentation.

• Technical vocational education (MBO level) or equivalent practical experience.
