Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience; Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCIA, that is, at least 10 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to those in this Statement of Work;
• At least 3 years in support of a Cyber Security environment;
• At least 2 years' experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Grafana) and the Ability to analyse and interpret structured and unstructured data.

Duties/role:

• Applying machine learning and data science techniques to new problems and datasets, including evaluating model outcomes, performance, and data quality;
• Identifying issues in machine learning systems, models, pipelines, datasets, and development activities, and implementing practical improvements;
• Designing, developing, testing, documenting, amending, refactoring, and maintaining moderately complex programs, scripts, and AI/ML components.
