Showroom Sales Associate (furniture showroom experience MUST)

Role Description The Showroom Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for guiding customers through their furniture selection and purchasing journey. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming visitors to the showroom, understanding their needs, presenting product options, and explaining features, materials, and care instructions. The role involves preparing price quotations, processing orders, managing reservations, and coordinating with the operations team to ensure accurate delivery and follow-up. The associate maintains showroom presentation standards, updates product displays, and supports inventory checks to ensure all items are correctly labeled and available. The position requires proactive customer engagement, meeting sales targets, and building long-term relationships with clients while representing Klekktic’s brand values and service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Knowledge of furniture, materials, and finishes, with prior experience in a furniture showroom environment.
• Proven Retail Sales and Sales skills, including working toward targets, handling quotations, and closing customer orders.
• Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal interaction, active listening, and professional presentation.
• Customer-focused Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, manage expectations, and resolve concerns respectfully.
• Previous experience in showroom or retail environments, preferably in furniture, interiors, or home décor.
• Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced setting, including weekends and retail peak hours as needed.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems, order management tools, and email or CRM applications.
• Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Design, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
