Driver Supervisor

We at OZAN Delivery Service, are looking for a dynamic and responsible Point of Contact (POC) to join our team and manage our Delivery Associates (DAs) while coordinating daily operations with the Warehouse Operations Team.

The core responsibilities would be:

• Manage all assigned (Delivery Associates) DAs and maintain regular communication with them.
• Prepare and manage the daily duty roster based on operational requirements.
• Ensure sufficient DAs are available and properly assigned for duties.
• Communicate duty schedules, reporting times, locations, and operational instructions to DAs.
• Coordinate continuously with the Warehouse Operations Team regarding daily operational requirements.
• Handle DA-related concerns such as absences, late reporting, route issues, and other operational challenges.
• Monitor attendance and follow up with DAs who fail to report for duty.
• Arrange replacements whenever there is a shortage or last-minute absence.
• Communicate Amazon policies, operational updates, and instructions clearly to all DAs.
• Escalate critical issues to management on time.
• Follow up on issues until they are resolved.
• Maintain proper records of DA deployment, attendance, absences, and operational concerns.
