CNC Machinist

Calling All Skilled Workers in Dubai! We Are Hiring CNC Machinist!

Are you an experienced CNC Machinist with strong skills in CNC machine setup, programming, operation, and precision machining? We are seeking skilled professionals to join our clients' workforce and contribute to the production of high quality precision components across manufacturing and engineering environments.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery while producing components to specified dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years working experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Proven experience setting up, programming, and operating CNC lathes, mills, or both.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and CNC programs.
• Experience producing precision components while working to specified dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes.
• Proficient in conducting quality inspections using micrometres, verniers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
• Experience maintaining CNC machinery and tooling, including cleaning, adjustments, and identifying maintenance requirements.
• Experience with CAM software and G code editing is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of machining different materials, including steels, alloys, and plastics, is preferred.
• Ability to maintain accurate job records, production data, quality checks, and timekeeping.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to WHS, quality, and continuous improvement.

Must-Have Requirements:

• With a valid passport.
• Must either be exempt from the English language test or have passed an English test (IELTS or PTE Academic).
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must possess a valid driver's licence and be able to drive a four wheeled vehicle.
