Job description
Job Title: Factory Supervisor – Formwork & Scaffolding
We are looking for an experienced Factory Supervisor to join our team in the UAE.
The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of UAE experience in the formwork and scaffolding industry, with strong knowledge of factory operations, production planning, manpower supervision, quality control, and material handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily factory operations and production activities.
- Manage workers and allocate manpower efficiently.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved.
- Monitor materials, equipment, and stock movement.
- Coordinate with site and management teams regarding project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
- Previous experience in formwork and scaffolding is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
